LEARN Regional Educational Service Center

LEARN is seeking Bids from Contractors with experience in renovation and construction related to public schools and public offices in Connecticut for the construction and renovations of two floors of an existing 30,000 square foot headquarter/ Office facility. Submissions will be received in the Office of the Coordinator of Special Projects on or before May 10, 2024 at 10:00 am, at which time they will be publicly opened.

All Bids shall be submitted marked, “Bids for Renovation and Construction/Hatchetts Hill Headquarters.” Documents can be found on the LEARN website at  www.learn.k12.ct.us/requestforproposals.

Finalists shall be selected based on criteria outlined in the Invitation to Bid document.

Food Service Management RFP

LEARN is currently seeking sealed proposals from Food Service Management Companies to administer Food Service Operations to LEARN’s magnet schools, that must meet USDA Child Nutrition Program regulations. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on March 26, 2024, at 3:00 PM at Marine Science Magnet High School, 130 Shennocossett Road, Groton, CT.
